Ladyfish - fun to catch but not to eat. We used it as cut bait to catch the redfish below.

Bill's first redfish of 2016. 22 lbs and 36 inches. A good start to the season.

October 1 - Arrival

Soft sand, softer breeze

Caught in the glow of twilight

Peace slowly descends.

Big Creek and Cosby trip

Bill and I enjoyed two days in the mountains, on the east side of the the Smokies. Henry and Jane joined us for a hike at Big Creek. We spent the night at Cosby Campground in the park and hiked to on the Gabes Mountain trail to Henwallow Falls the next day.
