Smith's of Manassas

November 14-19, 2019
On November 14, we went to Manassas to visit Anna and Jake.  We stayed overnight on the way and arrived for late lunch.  Good visit but no particular activities except a visit out to Heather's family.  On the way home, we toured Monticello.  Seems I don't have pictures uploaded except this one of Monticello.

Good to be home - November 2019

November 9-12, 2019

We came home to a very different kind of fall weather.  It is always good to be back to our hillside.

More of Orange Beach

I somehow got off track of keeping my blog.  I am making up for it. I am actually creating this post on April 13, 2020.  Guess quarantine has slowed me down that much.  After I get caught up, I'll start the Covid-19 Quarantine Blog.

Bonnie and I did more than just eat.  We also walked on the beach.

Snowy Plover.  I don't often see these small shore birds.
Proof of a beach walk!

Caught and released a banged up redfish.

Spanish Mackerel.  We'll eat this!

There are a couple of fish somewhere!

Beautiful sunset from our balcony.

Looks like a keeper red

Catch and release for me

Notice that the weather is getting cooler and the fish are biting better.

Home away from home!

Redfish fried up right.

That's a nice one.
