More of Orange Beach

I somehow got off track of keeping my blog.  I am making up for it. I am actually creating this post on April 13, 2020.  Guess quarantine has slowed me down that much.  After I get caught up, I'll start the Covid-19 Quarantine Blog.

Bonnie and I did more than just eat.  We also walked on the beach.

Snowy Plover.  I don't often see these small shore birds.
Proof of a beach walk!

Caught and released a banged up redfish.

Spanish Mackerel.  We'll eat this!

There are a couple of fish somewhere!

Beautiful sunset from our balcony.

Sunday Worship - Orange Beach Alabama

Finding the Holy -
It's easy when walking that
Thin edge between land and sea.
The Holy is manifest everywhere-
In the rush of waves
In the kiss of a breeze,
In the warmth of the sun,
In the laughter of children
and the pride of grandparents,
In the power of pelicans diving for food,
Among the skittering shorebirds
and the cries of gulls.
The Holy is more obscure
In the busy traffic or crowded store,
Until I remember that the Holy
Shines from every face I see-
Imagio Deo.
